What is the booking process?
- Step 1: Choose the tour
When you choose a tour on our website, please click “Inquiry This Tour” or “Tailor made tours” in the menu bar which takes you to our booking form or tailor made form.
- Step 2: Complete the booking form
Please enter all the information requested on the form. Click “Inquiry now” at the bottom of the page. If you want to inquiry another tour, you do steps 1 and 2 separately.
- Step 3: Confirm the tour
After sending the booking form to us, you will immediately receive our e-mail with the details of your booking. And then, we create the full proposal tours with the availability of all its services, and we will reply within 24 hours by email with brochure.
If all services are available, we will send you an e-mail with details of services, including hotels, transfers, cost, terms and conditions, cancellation policy, deadline, etc…
If you choose our service tailored tour, we will send you a final proposal and require your passport information to process all services for your booking.
- * Step 4: Payment Process
After the tour confirmation, we will send the guideline for the payment; we accept payment via two main ways: bank transfer or OnePay – secure online payment gateways for Visa, Master & Amex.– First deposit: 30% of total amount.
– Second deposit: 50% of total amount before 45 days arrival.
– Final payment: the rest of 20% is required to pay in cash on arrival.
* Step 5: Send the detailed documents of your journey
After getting your payment, we will send you detailed documents: offical receipt, flight tickets, hotel booking codes, visa letters ….

Miss Loan the tour operator took us out for an evening meal when in Hanoi, she had been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, particularly as this was our first visit to the area. Then on to Ha Long Bay on an incredible cruise with Ginger Cruise with high quality dinning and wonderful decor in the cabins. I would strongly recommend Viet Prestige Travel to anyone who is looking to visit this part of the world with a bespoke agenda.
Had 10 days vietnam holiday as arranged by viet prestige travel with the help of Mr.Tuan. It was the most memorable vacation, it was very organized from the hotels, transportation and my itinerary was exceptional. Our organisor at Viet Prestige (Hoa Pham) was brilliant from start to finish. She designed and arranged our 15 day tour through Vietnam & Cambodia and our expectations were exceeded in every way. She was always in contact before (and during) the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and also went far and beyond the call of duty when my wife left her coat in a minibus coming back from Halong Bay. Although it was a Sunday afternoon and we were due to leave for the airport in 45 minutes, on her day off, Hoa not only tracked down the driver and found the coat but managed to get this delivered to us within the hour as we were in transit going to the airport! I contacted Thao Dinh at Viet Prestige travel to organise a private tour from North to South Vietnam for 17 days for the two of us. Thao was amazing, she listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions re what level of accommodation we should look at in each city.
