DETAILED ITINERARY
  • In the morning, transfer with our guide by the private van to Sapa Town to begin your adventure family holiday from Sapa to Ha Giang
  • Cross a winding pass to reach Sapa Town: close to the Chinese border and located about 33km from Lao Cai City. A precious chance to captivate the splendid beauty of lush mountains and hills of Hoang Lien Son range
  • Drive to the Cable Car Station from the Mgallery Hotel in Sapa town to conquer the Fansipan Peak known as “The Roof of Indochina” with a height of 3143m and a wet and cold climate
  • Get on the cable car to captivate a view to looking down the majestic natural beauty of Muong Hoa valley and peaceful villages
  • After 20 minutes on a cable car, visit the pagodas and take up to 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan and mesmerize a panoramic scene of Sapa landscapes

  • Set off this morning with a walk down to the south-west of Sapa (around 3 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong whose works are cultivating rice and corn as well as weaving fabric and creating handicrafts
  • Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station built by the French
  • Take a short walk to Sin Chai pristine village where the Red Dao ethnic people populate and enjoy huge stunning sceneries of corn fields and rice terraces
  • Spend time on the cultural acclimatization and tribal lives and learn textile weaving and dying from the locals

  • Visit Lao Chai – a village of Black Hmong ethnic people – to discover their daily life and how they make their traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo, etc.
  • Do trekking with your children along the mountainside and admire one of the most alluring views of the golden rice terrace field in Vietnam
  • Walk to Ta Van – a village of Giay people – through a suspension bridge to mesmerize the beauty of cascading terraced fields, which are decorated by the green of corn and young rice on both sides of the road
  • Take a great chance to try several local foods like: roast fish of Muong Hum, horse meat of Muong Khuong, sticky rice of Van Ban, etc. and enjoy festivals, folk games of the Giay: Nao Cong, Roong Pooc, etc.
  • Head to Ha Giang with our guide for 6-hour drive from Sapa Town. Arrive in Ha Giang to check in the hotel

  • After breakfast, drive to Dong Van Kast Plateau stretching with 4 districts: Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van and Meo Vac to see the striking landscapes of nature, mountain passes, rivers and ethnic villages
  • Lung Cu Flag Tower: Vietnam North Pole the furthermost point to the north of Vietnam, lying close to China-Vietnam border. Take a 400-step climb to reach the flagpole on Dragon Mount with two semicircular lakes at the foot of the mountain as well as a panoramic view of rammed-earth wall houses of Lo Lo ethnic people in Seo Lung village
  • In the afternoon, head to Ma Pi Leng – one of four Great Passes in Vietnam to captivate the immense scenery of limestone mountains running to the horizon and the whole view of the green poetic Nho Que River
  • After dinner, get free to take some short walks to explore Dong Van Old Quarter featured by Chinese architectures with yin-yang roof tiles mixed with wonderful red lanterns
