She was always in contact before (and during) the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and also went far and beyond the call of duty when my wife left her coat in a minibus coming back from Halong Bay. Although it was a Sunday afternoon and we were due to leave for the airport in 45 minutes, on her day off, Hoa not only tracked down the driver and found the coat but managed to get this delivered to us within the hour as we were in transit going to the airport! Wonderful service and support. I can highly recommend Viet Prestige and especially Hoa, who ensured everything went to plan.
I contacted Thao Dinh at Viet Prestige travel to organise a private tour from North to South Vietnam for 17 days for the two of us.
